FC Molodechno (sometimes known as FK Maladzechna-2000 or FC Maladecna) is a Belarusian football club. The club formed in 1989, originally playing in the in the Belarusian First League. The club currently plays in the third level of Belarusian football and last played at the top level in 2003. The team plays in red and white.

FC Molodechno, established in 1989, was one of the biggest teams in the Belarusian First League and once challenged the likes of FC BATE Borisov, Dinamo Minsk and Neman Grodno for the league title. Since that time the club has fallen upon hard times and now can only achieve regular mid table positions every year and cannot get back to the top of the league and gain the significant sum of money made available upon entering european competition. The club has lost many of its star players over the last few years and many speculate that it is only going to get worse.
